Speaking at the Infrastructure Partnerships Australia Leaders Conference, the Commonwealth highlighted the Gold Coast Faster Rail as a priority alongside the Bruce Highway upgrades and Brisbane Metro. The Minister's address confirmed the joint federal-state funding commitment remains on track, with community engagement already underway for precincts such as Holmview Station.
